MPJB MODULAR PULSE JET BAGHOUSE

Designed for intensive and continuous use, the Belfab MPJB modular pulse jet baghouse is of heavy-duty construction, requires low maintenance and offers reliable performance. This dust collector model is suitable for woodworking applications and can process both fine and coarse dust. The pulse jet cleaning system improves filtration efficiency and filter life.

MODULAR FILTER TECHNOLOGY

The MPJB system design integrates BELFAB modular filter technology. This feature makes it possible to increase filtration surface cost effectively, with the introduction of additional filter modules. This expandable filter module capability makes it possible to offer large filtration surfaces, capable of developing an air to cloth ratio better than 6:1. This feature makes it ideal for dust collection application involving moderate to large dust volume in either coarse or fine material.

Details

With the MPJB modular dust collector you can obtain a system with a capacity ranging from 4, 000 CFM to 140, 000 CFM. This system can be equipped with blowers and motors from 20 HP to 500 HP. The MPJB dust collector system is designed to be equipped with a backward inclined blower. This high effeciency blower requires less HP for the same amount of CFM, resulting in great energy savings. The inclination of the blades allows a quiet and stable blower operation.
