Pyradia engineers and manufactures complete web converting lines tailored to our customer’s specific needs. We deliver top-performing, custom machinery that is innovatively engineered and expertly manufactured.

Complete converting lines are usually custom machines designed for a specific application, considering the building restrictions of a particular customer. It is unlikely that complete converting lines would be built in the same way for two different customers. We’ve designed multiple complete converting lines and are proud of every machine we have built in the past. We’ve manufactured many different types of web converting lines; PSA lines, Modular lines, Pilot lines with multiple coaters, Knife-over-roll lines, Gravure lines and heat-treating lines, to name a few. If you need it, there is a good chance we can build it.

Water-based PSA coating line operates up to 1200 FPM and is equipped with fully automatic turrets.
