Engineered Tough for Reliability

The outer casing of our belt & chain conveyor ovens features a sturdy welded structure made of 1/4’’ angle iron. Inside, a reinforced cage is strategically designed to prevent distortion and minimize heat transfer to the outer casing. To ensure longevity, the internal walls are made from carbon steel coated with high temperature resistant paint or stainless steel depending on the required operating temperature. We also use various grades of industrial mineral or ceramic fiber to minimize heat loss and maintain low external surface temperatures.

The air convection technology ovens are equipped with high-efficiency TEFC motors to drive the industrial, belt-driven recirculating fans. A shaft cooling mechanism is employed to safeguard the heavy-duty expansion bearing(s).
