Pyradia manufactures custom-made atmosphere ovens & furnaces for intense and continuous use that is highly reliable, energy efficient and cost-effective. These bottom or front loading atmosphere furnaces incorporate high grade insulation, finest control systems and rugged construction. These low-oxygen furnace is specifically designed for users wanting to minimize the oxidation of their steel or other various material parts.
The designed operating temperature can reach 2000°F (1095°C) with the Pyradia atmosphere furnaces. For the Pyradia atmosphere ovens with a maximum operation temperature of 1400°F (760°C) a certified temperature uniformity of +/- 25°F (+/- 15°C) can be provided.
Atmosphere ovens and furnaces are equipped with an N2 or H2 (or mixture) controlled atmosphere system. They are capable of accommodating loads of up to 1500 lbs (680 Kg), Compliant with ASTM, SAE and NFPA 86 standards, it ensures top-notch quality, precise pyrometry, and utmost safety.
Advanced Construction & Insulation
Furnace shell is made of 3/16″ steel plate welded to structural units. Safety railing is provided on furnace roof for maintenance purpose.
Our atmosphere ovens & furnace is engineered with state-of-the-art insulation technology for maximum efficiency. With a standard 6 – 12″ (15 – 30 cm) of ceramic fiber modules and customizable options of up to 15’’ (38 cm) based on specific requirements, heat loss is minimized, enabling rapid heat cycles and ensuring optimal energy consumption. The design and construction are made to minimize the maintenance and providing long-lasting performance.
Depending on the designed maximum operating temperatures, the heating elements are made of tubular heating elements or FeCrAl alloy low density heating elements molded with ceramic fiber insulation.
