Robust Design

Our drop bottom ovens are built to withstand intensive and continuous use, reaching temperatures of up to 1,200°F (650°C). Automated loading and quenching systems, managed by PLC, ensure precise control. With a VFD controlled electro-mechanical winch system, the load descent is carefully regulated, enabling rapid quenching in as little as 5 seconds.

Efficient Insulation and Quiet Operation

Our drop bottom ovens feature 6″(15 cm) ceramic fiber module insulation, minimizing heat loss and enabling rapid heat cycling for optimal energyefficiency. This durable design requires minimal maintenance, ensuring long-lasting performance. Additionally, our drop bottom series oven operates quietly, with noise levels below 85 dB, creating a conducive work environment
