Top loading furnace

This custom-made electrical top loading oven with a full opening door exposes the entire workspace for easy loading. For smaller components, the furnace is filled manually from the top. For larger or heavier components, they are filled with the help of an overhead crane. 

Temperatures range up to 800°F [425°C].

The outer casing of our top loading industrial ovens features a sturdy welded structure made of 1/4’’angle iron, with a lining of durable 16 gauge Hot Rolled Steel (HRS). To ensure longevity, internal walls are coated with high temperature resistant paint. We also use various grades of industrial mineral fiber panels to minimize heat loss and maintain low external surface temperatures.
