Revolutionary Air Distribution System

Our innovative mixed-horizontal ventilation system directs air sideways across the oven door, effectively creating an air curtain. This air is then evenly distributed horizontally from the front to the back of the oven, ensuring complete and uniform coverage of the load.

Additionally, our ovens can be fine-tuned to meet or surpass even the most stringent military and aeronautical standards, maintaining temperatures within a remarkable range of +/- 5°F (3°C) when necessary. Pyradia also offers alternative airflow designs such as mixed-vertical and complete horizontal flow, tailored to match your specific load pattern for optimized heat transfer and temperature consistency.

Engineered Tough for Reliability

The outer casing of our walk-in industrial ovens feature a sturdy welded structure made of 1/4’’ angle iron, with a lining of durable 16 gauge Hot Rolled Steel (HRS). Inside, a reinforced cage is strategically designed to prevent distortion and minimize heat transfer to the outer casing. To ensure longevity, internal walls are coated with high temperature resistant paint, while industrial relief latches secure the doors. We also use various grades of industrial mineral fiber panels to minimize heat loss and maintain low external surface temperatures.

Our industrial ovens are equipped with high-efficiency TEFC motors to drive the industrial, belt-driven recirculating fans. A shaft cooling mechanism is employed to safeguard the heavy-duty expansion bearing(s). Moreover, to prevent heat loss and ensure safety, both the fan and heating elements are automatically disabled when the door(s) are opened.
