This phantom axis turret winder is equipped with the following: pull roll section, score edge trim, offset pivot guide and triple lay-on roll mode of operation. It can operate with the lay-on roll, disengaged, pressure controlled or in minimum gap mode. The latest technology is used to control the winder, through AC Vector drives, PLC and user friendly MMI. The toughest materials can be cut on the fly using our revolutionary back-knife support system (patent pending). |
