PYRADIA's embossers are designed to offer great production
flexibility. With our industrial embossers, you can create
different textures on different materials.
According
to the material to process, you can choose a hot or cold
embossing. Greater heating capacity will improve your
production capability and the operating speed of your line. The
multizone tension control system of our equipment
allows you to use the same embosser to process materials
having different characteristics. Moreover, our embossers
can be equipped with an integrated hoist system
allowing you to change the embossing roll easily and rapidly.
By combining an embosser to PYRADIA's unwinder or rewinder you
will benefit from an integrated system entirely controlled
by a PLC.

The fix top calendar roll is equipped with manual skew adjustment on both journal ends, to compensate for deflection due to loading. The bottom calendar roll is vertically loaded and positioned to the bottom roll by hydraulic rams. The rams are powered by a packaged hydraulic system and a hydraulic servo system, with LVDT position sensing.
