PYRADIA offers multiple types of drying arrangements such as; Floatation, Belted, Arch, IR(infrared) and Through-Air dryers. Floatation dryers

	Pyradia offers a wide range of precise, efficient and flexible floatation dryers. Our dryers can handle the most delicate optical-quality films to heavy coated steel sheets.		We also offer narrow web cantilevered floatation dryer for easy threading capability.

Belted dryers

	Narrow web belted through dryer with two electrically heated zones.		This 120-foot Multi-Zone belted dryer is ideal for thick coatings on heavy nonwoven materials.

Arch dryers

	Arch type two zone gas fired dryer; 20,000 CFM heated air distributed through high velocity nozzles; 2 MBTU/hr capacity; 150°F to 400°F adjustable temperature range 66’’wide by 20’ long treatment zone.		This low temperature gas fired arch dryer is designed for processing water base coatings at speeds up to 800 FPM. Web temperature monitoring provides accurate drying over the complete speed range.		This horseshoe dryer is designed for operating temperatures up to 500°F using high velocity air nozzles. This configuration is best suited to minimize the machine floor space required.

Through-air dryers

	This automotive fiber batt through air dryer is used to heat up mats prior to molding. When the fiber tray is in the oven, a pneumatically activated door will close the oven. This assures proper internal airflow and avoids leakage to the room.
