Unique air distribution system
Our unique mixed-horizontal ventilation pattern propels the air transversely across the door opening, acting as an air curtain. The air is then forced horizontally from the front of the oven to the back, fully and evenly surrounding the load. All our ovens can be adjusted to meet or exceed the tightest military and aeronautic specifications to ± 5°F (3°C) when required.

Built to last
-The outer casing is a fully welded, 1/4’’ angle iron structure lined with 16 gauge HRS.

-The inner structurally reinforced cage is free floating to prevent distortion and minimize heat transfer to outer casing. All exposed parts are fully protected by aluminized steel. Doors are equipped with industrial explosion relief latches.

-Different grades of industrial mineral fiber panels are staggered to minimize heat loss and eliminate risk of collapsing

-The industrial, belt-driven, recirculating fans are driven by high-efficiency TEFC motors. The shaft cooling mechanism fully protects the heavy-duty expansion bearings. Fan is disactivated when door is opened.
