PYRADIA offers a wide range of cabinet and walk-in type ovens to meet the most demanding heat processing needs. Backed by more than 30 years of experience in oven design, these units were carefully engineered and manufactured to provide exceptional temperature uniformity and dependability under the most severe conditions. Their unique Bi-Energy feature makes them the most versatile units on the market.

FLEXIBILITY
All the ovens of this series offer the versatility of choice of energy. This permits the user to counter the unpredictable energy cost fluctuations, balance the electrical load demand or accommodate the particularities of different type of processes. All the ovens of this series can therefore be equipped with an electrical heating package, a gas heating package or even both. In the event that the oven was purchased equipped with one heating package, the other heating package can easily be added when desired.

UNIQUE AIR DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
Our unique mixed-horizontal ventilation pattern propels the air transversely across the door opening, acting as an air curtain. The air is then forced horizontally from the front of the oven to the back, fully and evenly surrounding the load. All our ovens can be adjusted to meet or exceed the tightest military and aeronautic specifications to +/- 5°F when required.


BUILT TO LAST
The most ruggedly built of their class; our units can withstand the most severe working conditions.

• Construction: The outer casing is a fully welded, 1/4’’ angle iron structure lined with 16 gauge HRS. The inner structurally reinforced cage is free floating to prevent distortion and minimize heat transfer to outer casing. All exposed parts are fully protected by aluminized steel. Doors are equipped with industrial explosion relief latches.
• Insulation: Different grades of industrial mineral fiber panels are staggered to minimize heat loss and eliminate risk of collapsing.
• Fans: The industrial, belt-driven, recirculating fans are driven by high-efficiency TEFC motors. The shaft cooling mechanism fully protects the heavy-duty expansion bearings. Fan is disactivated when door is opened.

HEATING PACKAGES

• Electric: Lo-density Incoloy sheated tubular heating elements are located directly in the hi-velocity air stream to provide long life and require minimal maintenance. SCR power control for close set-point accuracy.
• Gas: The fully modulating burner with combustion air blower provides an excellent turndown ratio for close temperature control. The fully assembled gas train complies with CGA 149.3, NFPA 86 codes and regulations. The monitored exhaust fan permits the presence of volatiles in the process.

CONTROL PANEL
NEMA 4-12 control panel enclosing: Microprocessor based temperature and hi-limit controls, industrial motor starters and contactors, NEMA 4-12 pilot lights and switches and all the selected optional instrumentations, pre-wired and fully tested. CSA-US approved.
